The "TFM-501-MN" is a liquid filling machine for small containers with explosion-proof performance of ExdIIBT4 or higher. It enables ultra-high precision filling in hazardous locations by controlling a high-precision intrinsically safe explosion-proof electronic scale and an air-driven needle valve with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof indicator "TD-4500II." The barrier of the high-precision intrinsically safe explosion-proof electronic scale can also be housed in a pressure-resistant explosion-proof box, eliminating the need to install the barrier in a safe location, thus completing the wiring between devices in hazardous areas. It is suitable for semi-automating the filling of expensive liquid products and improving yield. It can accommodate a wide range of liquids, including high-viscosity products and corrosive products.
